An independent researcher's 'Protocol Pivoting' update confirms the same SSRF flaw was fixed in MCP servers at five unrelated organizations - Google, JPMorgan, Weaviate, France's DINUM and Indonesia's Tangerang City - while five US federal agent servers remain in triage.
